We will ensure the smooth delivery of your project within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). This agreement is between Paul Hart  & Zone Websites on 14-Mar-2023. Paul Hart  has assigned its Website Development and Design to Zone Website also known as “Zone Firewall LLC” as in the below Agreement.

For us to proceed ahead, we would suggest you go through the Terms of Services below and send us an acceptance on the email “Yes I agreed with the Contract”.

Also, you will receive an invoice in which you need to make the complete payment of $350.00 (One Time Payment) to get things started.

TERMS OF SERVICE

AGREEMENT between Zone Firewall LLC also known as “Zone Websites” registered at 71 Chariot CT, Piscataway, NJ 08854 referred here and after as “Agency”, and “Paul Hart” referred here and after as “Client”

The Client has agreed to allocate the project of Website development to the Agency. This agreement will act as a contract on all services listed above on 14-Mar-2023. If they do not meet your expectations, contact us for alterations to better accommodate your needs. Otherwise, please sign below and return a fully executed copy for our records.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Agency & Client to this Agreement relating to the settlement and transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, representations, and statements between the Parties, whether oral or written, and whether by a Party or such Party’s legal counsel. The Parties are entering into this Agreement based solely on the representations and warranties herein and not based on any promises, representations, and/or warranties not found herein. No modification, waiver, amendment, discharge, or change of this Agreement shall be valid unless the same is in writing.

The current developer (Leo) tells me he is using the API for this function from the 

website Causes.com. If I give you access the following are the instructions Leo 

gave me so I would know how to add, delete, edit, etc a User’s  1 House of 

Representatives member and the 2 Senators in the “back end:”

To edit us congress men goto wordpress dashboard > Formidable Forms>

Forms> Members > Click On Entries(With number of members to view,edit

add members)

for Senators : > Formidable Forms> Forms> Senator List > Click On

Entries(With number of senators to view,edit add members)

To add ,edit post goto : Dashboard>Posts> AddNew>

And the database and new form will be created by this weekend.

As you can see you have an option to “Read The Article” or “Article Video.”

When you click “Read The Article” the very last sentence at the bottom says,

“If you would like to direct your 3 congressmen to only govern according 

to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, CLICK HERE.

Leo has not done it yet, but what is supposed to happen when you click 

“Click Here” is a Formidable form, or a post, is supposed to pop up with 

the User, telling their 3 Congressmen to do something or to not do 

something, to vote for in favor of something, or against something. 

Again the function when you click on “Click Here” it is not working, 

it is not hyperlinked to a form or post that will be sent to the 3 

Congressmen when the user clicks the “Directive” button at the bottom.

Attachment #1 shows an issue on Causes.com, I clicked “Yes” and

 attachment #2 shows the comment section that automatically pops 

up and features an image of each of the three congressmen at the 

bottom. The user fills out their comments and the comment is 

emailed directly to the 3 Congressmen because of the API 

in the back end.

Are you able to finalize all the API entries for all the members 

of Congress? There are 535 members of Congress, 435 house 

members, also known as the House of Representatives and 100 senators.

The next piece that Leo has not gotten to yet is a database that will 

track every User’s Directive that they send to their Congressman 

including their Congressman’s responses to each of their directives.

This is so that one month before any of their congressmen’s next 

election I can email each user their own “Personal Voter’s Guide”, 

showing how many times their 2 Senators and 1 Representative 

agreed with them, making their next election selection very easy.

I need the database to be designed so that the “Personal Voter 

Guide” that I email each User looks like the image in attachment #3.

NOTE: In my website’s TOS (Terms of Service) I will specifically 

inform each user that when they send a directive to their 3 

Congressmen that a copy will also be sent to my website so
we will have the necessary information to populate their 

personal “User Voter’s Guide.”

I don’t need you to do most of the things you itemized in your March 15th 

email to me outlined in the terms of service.I do need the items I have 

outlined above.

The causes.com API is about 85% complete, you’d just need to populate 

the images and get a template for the Directive pop-up. So just the 

database for the “Personal Voter Guide” is really the main thing that 

needs to be done. I’m already paying for the hosting, and I have the 

logo designed and the color schemes and I do not want to contact 

form and I already have an SSL, so can it be done for the same price?
