That service receives the location information it needs
to match you to the correct legislators.

– Provide the Service you request, including matching
you to the correct elected officials
– Process and manage your political action requests
– Send you communications related to the Service
– Send SMS/text messages when you have opted in
(as described below)

3). SMS / text message communications
If you provide a phone number, we will send SMS/text messages
if you opt in after sign up and as permitted by law.
**Opt-in timing
– You will not be enrolled for SMS during the original sign-up process.
– You can opt in after you create your account.
**Opt-out**
– You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by using the
opt-out method provided to you in the messages, or by replying
“STOP,” where supported.
